Spinach - Spinach contains twice as much iron as most other greens. Like other chlorophyll and carotene -containing vegetables, it is a rich source of antioxidants. Besides beta-carotene, it also supplies two other carotenes, lutein and zeaxanthin. Spinach has long had a reputation of being very high in nutrients. It's also a good source of fiber, calcium, potassium and vitamins A, B6 and K.
Fresh Carrots /Green beans - High in beta-carotene, low in saturated fats and an excellent source of fiber.
Cinnamon - High in calcium, fiber, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, magnesium, potassium, and zinc. Cinnamon helps improve digestion and is known to reduce the affects of allergies.
Flax Seed – Bounty of minerals and vitamins, flax is also one of the best sources of alpha linolenic acid. ALA helps the body convert omega 3 fatty acids. Omega 3 fatty acids help with skin, coat, and digestion and arthritis.
Eggs – Plenty of protein, it is low in saturated fats. Eggs also contain vitamins E, A, and D.
Pure Honey – All natural sweetener, which has plenty of vitamins and minerals.
